Whole Wheat Alfredo Pasta

Ingredients:

Pasta:

Water - 9 Cups

Whole Wheat Pasta - 3 Cups

Salt - 1/2 Sp

Oil - 1/2 Sp

Boil the pasta as per packet instructions

 

Alfredo Sauce:

Olive Oil - 2 Tbsp

Finely Chopped Garlic - 1 Tsp

Chopped Onion - 2 Tbsp

Wheat Flour - 2 Tsp

Milk - 1/2 Cup

Salt to taste

Crushed Pepper - 1 Tsp

Oregano - 1/2 Tsp

Fresh Cream/Milk Cream - 2 Tsp

Grated Cheese - 1Tbsp

 

Add the ingredients in the order shown in the video and add the boiled pasta to the prepared sauce.

 

Tip* - If the sauce is too thick add some of the boiled pasta water.

 

       Top with some Basil or Chilli Flakes

Aloo Tikki Burger

Ingredients:

Tikki - 4

Potato/Aloo - 3 (boiled, Mashed or grated ) Turmeric/Haldi - 1/4 Tsp

Coriander Powder - 1/2 Tsp

Garam Masala - 1/2 Tsp

Red Chilli Powder - 1 Tsp

Chaat Masala - 1/2 Tsp

Crushed Pepper - 1 Tsp

Salt to taste

Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 Sp

Chopped Onion - Medium

Bread Crumbs - 2 Tbsp

 

Mix all the ingredients and shape them into Tikki's.

 

For Coating

Maida - 1 Tbsp

Corn Flour - 2 Tbsp

 

Add 1 Tbsp of water and mix them all Dip them in

Maida-Cornflour Paste and Coat with Bread Crumbs and fry them.

 

Burger Placement

Mayonnaise - 2 Tbsp

Red Chilli Sauce - 1 Tsp

Mix them to make the Burger Sauce

 

Cut the Bun into Half and place the ingredients in your preferred order, but it is best to place the cheese slices over the Tikki.

Schezwan Fried Rice

Ingredients:

​

For Schezwan Sauce:

Kashmiri Red Chilli - 12 to 15

Oil - 3 Tbsp

Finely Chopped Garlic - 1/2 Tbsp

Ginger - 1/2 Tbsp

Salt to taste

Vinegar - 1 Tbsp

Soy Sauce - 1/2 Tbsp

 

Follow the procedure shown in the video

 

For Schezwan Rice:

Oil - 2 Tbsp

Onion - 2 Tbsp

Carrot - 2 Tbsp

Beans - 2 Tbsp

Bell Peppers ( all three ) - 2 Tbsp each Schezwan Sauce - 1 Spoon

Cooked Rice - 2 Cups

Salt to taste

Pepper - 1/2 Tsp

Vinegar - 1 Tsp

Add all the ingredients as shown in the video

 

The Schezwan Sauce can be stored for 15 days if in an airtight container.

Sweet Corn Paratha / Makai Ka Paratha

Ingredients:

 Sweet Corn - 1/2 Cup

Chilli Paste - 2 Tsp

Atta - 1 1/2 Cup

Salt to taste

Dania - 1 Tbsp

Water - 2 - 3 Tbsp

 

Mix all the ingredients & Knead into a dough

Shape them and Cook both sides.
