Chopped Onion - 3/4th cup
Chopped Mixed Bell peppers - 1 cup

Coriander - 1/4th cup
Lemon juice - 1 tbsp

Begun Bhaja ( Brinjal Fry )

Brinjal Slices
Cornflour - 2 Tbsp
Salt to taste
Turmeric - 1/4 Tsp

Mayonnaise - 1/2 Tbsp
Carrot - 2 Tbsp

Easy Rice Cutlet
Ingredients:

Cooked Rice - 2 cups
Jeera - 1/2 tbsp
Chopped Onion - 1 small
Coriander - 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Cornflour - 1/2 tbsp
Mix all the ingredients and shape them into tikki's
Add a little oil to the pan and cook both sides.

Hot & Sour Soup
Ingredients:

Oil - 1 Tbsp
Chopped Garlic - 1 Tsp
Ginger - 1 Tsp
Chilli Paste - 1/2 Tsp
Spring Onion - 1 1/2 Tbsp
Beans - 1 Tbsp
Carrot - 1 Tbsp
Cabbage - 1Tbsp
Stir fry all the vegetables. Add 4 cups of water and let it boil.
Vinegar - 1 Spoon
Soy Sauce - 1 Spoon
Red Chilli Sauce - 1 Tsp
Salt to taste
Add water gradually into the cornflour ( 2 Tbsp)
Add the mixture into the pan
Crushed Pepper - 1 Spoon
Stir Well and Serve.

Tomato Soup
Ingredients:
Butter/Oil - 2 Tbsp
Ginger - 1 Inch
Green Chilli - 1
Chopped Onion - 1
Small Chopped Carrot - 1
Small Chopped Tomatoes - 4 Big
Salt to taste
Milk - 1 Cup
Sugar (optional) - 1/2 Tsp
Cornflour in Water - 1 Tbsp
Crushed Pepper - 1/2 Spoon
Fresh Cream/Milk Cream - 2 Tbsp
Sauté all the ingredients and cover and cook it till it becomes soft. Blend after it cools completely ( With 2 Cups of Water ).
Strain the Tomato Paste.
Add milk, sugar, cornflour paste to this strained tomato paste. Add pepper powder and fresh cream and serve.
Tomato Soup is Ready!

Whole Wheat Alfredo Pasta
Ingredients:
Pasta:
Water - 9 Cups
Whole Wheat Pasta - 3 Cups
Salt - 1/2 Sp
Oil - 1/2 Sp
Boil the pasta as per packet instructions
Alfredo Sauce:
Olive Oil - 2 Tbsp
Finely Chopped Garlic - 1 Tsp
Chopped Onion - 2 Tbsp
Wheat Flour - 2 Tsp
Milk - 1/2 Cup
Salt to taste
Crushed Pepper - 1 Tsp
Oregano - 1/2 Tsp
Fresh Cream/Milk Cream - 2 Tsp
Grated Cheese - 1Tbsp
Add the ingredients in the order shown in the video and add the boiled pasta to the prepared sauce.
Tip* - If the sauce is too thick add some of the boiled pasta water.
Top with some Basil or Chilli Flakes

Aloo Tikki Burger
Ingredients:
Tikki - 4
Potato/Aloo - 3 (boiled, Mashed or grated ) Turmeric/Haldi - 1/4 Tsp
Coriander Powder - 1/2 Tsp
Garam Masala - 1/2 Tsp
Red Chilli Powder - 1 Tsp
Chaat Masala - 1/2 Tsp
Crushed Pepper - 1 Tsp
Salt to taste
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 Sp
Chopped Onion - Medium
Bread Crumbs - 2 Tbsp
Mix all the ingredients and shape them into Tikki's.
For Coating
Maida - 1 Tbsp
Corn Flour - 2 Tbsp
Add 1 Tbsp of water and mix them all Dip them in
Maida-Cornflour Paste and Coat with Bread Crumbs and fry them.
Burger Placement
Mayonnaise - 2 Tbsp
Red Chilli Sauce - 1 Tsp
Mix them to make the Burger Sauce
Cut the Bun into Half and place the ingredients in your preferred order, but it is best to place the cheese slices over the Tikki.
