Instant Green Chilli Pickle

Ingredients:

​

Green Chillies - 100 grams

Mustard - 1/4 Tsp

Fenugreek / Methi - 1/4 Tsp 

Oil - 2 Tsp

Mustard - 1/2 Tsp

Turmeric / Haldi - 1/4 Tsp

Red Chilli Powder - 1/4 Tsp

Salt to taste

Asafoetida / Hing - 2 to 3 Pinches

Lemon - 1

Vinegar - 1

           

 

            Serve with Rice, Paratha or Roti.

Instant Ginger Mango Pickle

Ingredients:

​

Mustard and Fenugreek powder-

Mustard - 1/2 Tsp

Fenugreek/Methi - 1/4 Tsp -

-Fry and grind them

​

Pickle Ingredients-

Oil - 2 Tbsp

Mustard - 1 Tsp

Grated Ginger - 1 Tbsp

Asafoetida / Hing - 3 to 4 Pinches

Turmeric / Haldi - 1/2 Tsp

Red Chilli Powder - 1 1/4 Tbsp

Grated Raw Mango - 200 g

Salt to taste

Add all the ingredients in the manner shown in the video and Mix well.

 

Stays fresh for 2-3 days without refrigeration.

 

     Serve with Rice, Chapati, Idli, and Dosa.
